The traditionally handmade pasta workshop will take place at a biologically certified farm. The laboratory begins with a brief demonstration of cleaning with an ancient cylinder; then it will continue with the milling and through the “buratto” sieving will take place. Once the dough is obtained, after mixing on the pastry board, the different types of pasta will be cut, which will be enjoyed for lunch or dinner.

The laboratory is located 2 km from Pietralunga. The morning or afternoon time varies according to the availability of staff in the kitchen. The cost includes lunch or dinner with the dish prepared by each individual participant.
