Payment methods:

30% deposit to be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking. If bookings are made 10 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the accommodation is requested as a deposit. Payment of balance, in cash or by credit card (Visa, Carta SI, Mastercard, American Express, BancoPosta and Bancomat), at the time of departure. Cheques are not accepted. Check-in between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. Check-out by 11 a.m. Please confirm your scheduled arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. This is to allow us to give you a personal welcome on your arrival. Reception services: in Italian and English. Pets: small pets accepted.

Cancelling your booking:

If you cancel your booking at any time up to 16 days before your scheduled arrival, there will be no cancellation fee. If you do so at any time from the 15th day before your scheduled arrival onwards, your 30% deposit will not be reimbursed.
